HypnoBirthing

When I first heard of this I was really intrigued, and I'm glad I didn't let the New-Age, hippy dippy sound of it throw me off it's pursuit. It turns out I had an amazing birth experience the second time around, and I believe my hypnotherapy training with Sharon Boyle was the key to that enjoyable morning. I'll be sure to write more about this, but if you are interested in Hypnobirthing, or even just hypnotherapy, I definitely recommend it!
