We Are What We Eat

And that is NUTS.
Sometimes it seems easier to list the things most of my family Does eat as opposed to all that we don't, i.e. sugar, wheat, dairy, peanuts, rice, GMO corn etc.

On average, two bags of almonds, a bag of sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and a jar of almond butter disappear each week. Add to that about two bags of frozen, pesticide free blueberries, two cartons of Almond Breeze/ Coconut Milk, a box of corn flakes and another of Joes' O's, a bag of chicken tenderloins, and two pounds of hamburger or steak.

For along time Sunday and I were dairy free, but now it's mostly just Ray who has eliminated that from his diet. It seems the digestive disturbances of mom-processed dairy have ceased and about once a week I consume the equivalent of a piece of cheese. AND I LOVE CHEESE so this has been a tough one for me.

But not as hard as if I was not getting in my Norweigian heritage loving bread!I'm the only one in the house currently "on" bread, my favorites are Trader Joes' sourdough or rye bread.
